Having spent many years at the sharp end in one of the most challenging of business sectors, we at TGM come from the school of hard knocks. We, as a team , having spent the past decade sweating over spreadsheets, project plans and forecasts decided the natural course was to pursue our vocation outside the corporate world once we had completed our mission inside it. They say true happiness is to find what you love doing with people you are in synergy with….and do it. That experience is second to none, having become heroes to Bond Holders and Hedge Funds we've spread our wings to create ongoing value wherever we apply our formula.


We know the strength of our core team and apply those strengths, no square pegs in round holes.So our Customer Service Specialists have actually managed that discipline rather than read about it. Likewise our Sales Specialists have spent many years building and managing sales teams, they know what it takes to create world class revenue generation machines. Similarly our Finance Specialists are adept at creating the fine balance between implementing hard nosed financial disciplines whilst having the operational nous to empathise and work with the rest of the organization.


In our "Business Facts" section we've pulled together some interesting anecdotes and realities that have been collected over the years. One refers to TEAMS (Springsteen and the E Street Band) We at TGM pride ourselves on being as tight as the E Street Band. We have complete synergy in what we do, our culture and values. Creating value is our mantra, having fun doing it is our goal and being successful is our mission.


In addition to the original "band" we've added more crew along the way. All groomed into the same ethos, all highly skilled, motivated and driven.
