Every business is looking for that something extra. No matter what industry you're in; one of the biggest challenges facing businesses today is PEOPLE - finding the best, keeping the best, improving or losing the others. How you get the most out of your people is key to any growth plan. Humans can only be motivated if they want to be. Getting buy-in from the frontline and their managers is the only way to guarantee you win. The right culture will act as the glue to keep your people working together. At  TGM  we know people, particularly sales people.


Creating and setting the culture is absolutely vital...Again, without being rude we at TGM feel culture is not at the top of most consultants agenda. We make sure it is. Changing all the machinery is all well and good but the people need to be given a new lease of life also - they deserve it. The Sigmeud Curve doesn't just apply to products, businesses, markets - it applies to people. That's why marriages fail, why sports people go off the boil, why CEO's change so often. So we ensure a new curve is created in the culture part of the organization. Anyone ever seen good culture in a bad organization?


A successful business is like a sports team, mindset is 60%, the rest is talent. The remainder of the organisation can cope with the talent bit, but the growth boys and girls (sales) need a bit more care and attention. A bit like interior designers, we'll come in, strip out all the old furniture, clean the place up and let light and fresh air into your office - figuratively speaking of course - we're only doing it to their heads!
