Peter Wilcock – CEO


Peter was formerly MD Customer Operations of Virgin Media. He joined Comcast in 1995 as Sales & Marketing Director having previously held positions in Rentokil, Seagrams and Unilver. He was UK Sales Director at ntl and lead the launch of Broadband which resulted in them becoming UK No1 provider. Prior to leaving Virgin he was responsible for the merging of Telewest and Virgin into the ntl group. He also holds various non exec positions primarily in the communications/media space and all looking to mature to an exit position within the next few years..


Stuart Mccletchie – Senior Partner


Stuart is a qualified chartered accountant. After commencing his career at KPMG he moved on to hold various financial management roles at Games Workshop plc. In the late 1990’s and in search of a new challenge he moved into the expanding cable TV and telecommunications industry at ntl:. As FD of a vertically integrated business unit and then more latterly as FD of the £400m service business he gained significant exposure to managing change, integration and of course driving improvements in performance.


Stuart Roberts – Senior Partner


Stuart is our sales and marketing guru in addition to being a generalist who can turn his hand to any “problem” area. He has over 25 years experience at the sharp end of the most demanding sales arena’s and is a master of sales process re-engineering. Previous roles as Sales & Marketing Director/ General Manager with blue chip companies such as Xerox, GEC, Wiggins Teape, Modern Security Systems (ADT) and NTL have given him a broad spectrum of industry experience in both B2B and B2C. A strong strategic thinker Stuart specialises in rejuvenating under achieving sales and marketing operations and has a proven track record of significantly increasing shareholder value.


The Team:


We also have a vastly experience team of associates skilled in a variety of disciplines. Apart from Prince 2 qualified Project managers we have a significant skill set within IT. This combined firepower has managed large scale change programmes on a consistent basis and has been at the centre of major billing system swap out / integration.


In addition we are supported by a team of data analysts who can create and implement score cards and business trackers as appropriate. From our previous experience we also have a bank of sales and call centre personnel who are on hand to be deployed as and when the assignment requires it.
